How toxic are you …. ?

Please read the questions  below and then tally up your answers at the end.

Below 10 - You are doing fine, your organs of Elimination should be able to cope
10 - 20 - You most likely require a detox, you are showing signs of toxic overload
20 + - You are definitely in toxic overload, you should consider doing a full integrated detox


1. I often feel tired, sluggish, or lethargic
2. I have difficulty concentrating or staying focused
3. I catch colds and infections easily
4. I often have bad breath
5. I tend to get congested sinuses, mucous or often have a postnasal drip
6. I have unpleasant body odors when I’m not using deodorant or perfume
7. I often have bloating or wind (flatulence)
8. I have dark circles under my eyes
9. I have allergies (hayfever, sinusitis, food allergies
10. I have eczema, acne, or psoriasis
11. I often go for more than one day without having a proper bowel movement/I get constipated
12. I’m a current or former smoker, or I spend time regularly around other smokers
13. I usually drink less than 5 glasses of filtered water a day
14. I suffer from hormonal problems like PMS, infertility, menopause, or low libido
15. I tend to get bloated or puffy/retain extra fluid
16. I eat less than 3 serves of vegetables a day (1 serve =1/2 cup) and 2 serve of fruit per day
17. I live in a city, close to a factory or exposed to a toxic environment
18. I take prescription medication (including pain relief, oral contraceptive pill, blood pressure pills etc)
19. I eat takeaway, café or restaurant prepared meals at least once a day (including breakfast and lunch)
20. I drink more than 7 alcoholic drinks per week (1 serve = 100ml wine/champagne; 200ml beer; 15ml spirits)
21. I drink coffee, cola or tea daily
22. I have high cholesterol levels
23. I have mercury fillings in my teeth (amalgam fillings)
24. I suffer from frequent belching or indigestion
25. I suffer from headaches or migraines
26. I am carrying too much weight (especially around the waist or buttocks)
27. I find it difficult to lose weight/I have a slow metabolism
