5 weeks - Price $690 per person Payment options include:
$690 paid up front on first consultation
$190 deposit, $250 on first consult, $250 on week 2 consult
Weekly payments of $138 to be completed by week 5 plus $50 administration fee Long Distance Programs Price $300NZ
Payment is required via Credit Card and must be paid in full before commencement of the programme. Once payment has been received the consultation forms will be emailed to allow the practitioner to assess all aspects of your current health status as well as medical history. Follow up options:
