Ingredients:
1/2 head of cauliflower (medium size)
1 carrot (medium size), sliced
1 Tablespoon of raw or organic butter
Method:
Break cauliflower into small pieces and steam with carrot until soft. Combine vegetables in stainless steel bowl and mash with a potato masher until smooth.
Add butter and mix well.
Servewith your choice of protein
