60 g Flaked/Crushed Almonds
100g Linseed Meal
60 g Pumpkin seeds
40 g Quinoa Flakes
40 g Macadamia Bits
60 g Puffed Millet
60 g Puffed Rice
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together in an air tight container and serve 1/3 – ½ cup with 2 desertspoons yogurt, splash of rice/soy/cows/almond milk and some fruit on top
