Lamb Korma
Ingredients:
 
2 serves Lamb
1 tsp crushed ginger/garlic
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
50g onion, chopped
Butter or oil
50g plain yoghurt



Method:
 
  • Sauté onion, ginger/garlic and cinnamon stick in a little butter or oil.
  • Add yoghurt, cumin and coriander powders and simmer for a few minutes.
  • Add lamb/ chicken and cook till done. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serves 2
