Kirsten Leng, Nutritionist, is passionate about assisting and motivating clients to reach their optimum health, vitality and potential so they can live life to the full.
Kirsten was first introduced to natural therapies twenty years ago and has been committed ever since. For over 15 years Kirsten has coached individuals, groups and been a guest speaker on how you can reach your full potential and manage stress and fatigue.
Over six years ago she started to see a lot of ‘burn out’ and this led her to complete a Diploma in Nutrition. Since then she has achieved great results and increased clients health and resilience by utilising key inspiring nutrition and wellness techniques. During that time she was training alongside multi-sport athletes and experienced first hand the vast improvement that optimal nutrition has on the body and its performance.
Kirsten believes in creating a realistic and ‘workable’ nutrition and lifestyle plan which will enable clients to stay motivated and achieve both short and long-term gains. Inspiring change is one of Kirsten’s key attributes and one which enables clients to reap the benefits.
Kirsten specialises in stress management, pre-conception and pregnancy nutrition, sports nutrition and weight management.
