Welcome to the May newsletter and with this the abundance of seasonal changes that we are being graced with.  Many people at this time of the year realise as we say goodbye to summer how much the longer days and warmer nights have left them feeling a little zapped of energy. 
 

It appears that we are being graced with the pleasantries of spring. I look out my dining room window and see the blossoms on my plum tree and the sun glistening on the water in the distance.

This year has gone by so quickly & I was very much caught unprepared when my eldest son told me he has only nine days left of school before he goes on study break before his year end exams.
